If you have removed asbestos from your home yourself you will need to dispose it separately from your normal waste. You will need to arrange to have it collected or there may be special facilities in your area you can use to dispose of hazardous waste.

I remember when they were removing asbestos from the school where my wife was working. They sealed much of the school off during the process. Pretty nasty stuff.
